CSR AND THE REFINERIES OF THE FUTURE
CSR AND THE REFINERIES OF THE FUTURE

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept that is currently immersed in the main business and institutional objectives. Therefore, it is impossible to think of companies oriented solely to the generation of economic benefits, where the creation of social value has acquired an expectant position within the creation of value in organizations.
In this regard, there are numerous works of analysis and research at national and international level on Sustainable Development. However, there are no specific works that relate or explain scientifically, why the advances in this matter are limited and it is continued under the scheme without a measure of the exploitation of Natural Resources. However, it is important to identify the impact on developing countries, such as the Bolivian case, where the new challenges and opportunities that CSR could offer; as a creative and dynamic mechanism in the strategies of organizations, especially YPFB Corporation; can support a long-term vision, which involves gains of freedom, flexibility, and efficiency, in relations between the State, the private sector and society. Consequently, the proposal aims to relate the various scientific contributions around the Sustainable Development and Economic Growth of our country.
